Times
All our products are shipped from the United Kingdom. Standard delivery times are:
UK
Royal Mail 2nd Class: 3–5 working days
Europe
Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed: 3–5 working days
Rest of World
Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed: 5–7 working days
Shipping Service
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
Packaging
All our books are either shrink-wrapped or tissue-wrapped and packed in secure card-wrap mailers.
Lost or Delayed Orders
Please contact us at hello@unitedrevolucion.co.uk and we will investigate the matter. We aim to answer all order queries within 24 hours during the working week (Monday to Friday, 10:30am to 5:30pm); weekend enquiries will be answered on the following Monday.
Returns and Damages
We accept all returns requested within 14 days of your product arriving. In such cases, we just ask that the item is returned in its original condition (for example, in it's original shrink-wrap). If you’d like to return a product, please get in touch at hello@unitedrevolucion.co.uk to arrange this. All refunds exclude original purchase postage costs.
If your item has arrived damaged, please get in touch at hello@unitedrevolucion.co.uk so we can arrange a replacement. Please also provide a description of the damage or photographs, which will also help us to avoid similar damage in the future.
Taxes
International orders may incur additional charges or restrictions, It is your responsibility to meet any import taxes or duties. All prices on the website are shown including tax where applicable (Books, are zero rated). If you require a VAT receipt please get in touch, our VAT number is shown below.
